Letter, 1875 [manuscript]. 1875.

Letter, written on board the S.S. Great Britain from the Honorable Anna-Maria Bright to her parents, the Viscount and Viscountess Canterbury beginning 27 Aug. 1875 and finishing at Beleura on 1 Nov. 1875. Written in diary form, it includes descriptions of fellow passengers, shipboard entertainment, meals and recipes, problems relating to her maids and governess, and the illness and eventual death of her nephew Robert Tyndall Bright. The last page of the letter is missing.
